Pre-School & Kinder
Tap/Ballet Combo - 45-minute class for tiny dancers. This class teaches the fundamentals of tap and ballet. Students will begin with tap and finish with ballet. Students should arrive in class with tap shoes on. Teachers will assist young dancers with shoe changes.
Acro (Gymnastics)/Jazz Combo - 45-minute class for tiny dancers. This class teaches the fundamentals of acrobatics and jazz. Students will remain in the same dance shoes for the entire class. This is a class that progresses from forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced tumbling. Teachers work with each student on their individual level. This class also focuses on flexibility, agility, and teamwork.
Hip Hop - 45-minute class for students in Kindergarten. Hip Hop is an upbeat style of dance performed to popular music. Although Hip Hop’s roots came from urban street dancing, it has become increasingly popular in the entertainment world. All music selections and dance moves are age-appropriate.

1st Grade & Up
Tap - 1 hour class. This is a percussive style of dancing. Its name comes from the tapping sound made when the metal plates on the dancer’s shoes touch a hard surface. This class combines tap barre work and center floor exercises.
Acro (Gymnastics) - 1 hour class. This class teaches the basics of floor tumbling including forward rolls, back bends, cartwheels, and fundamental acrobatic strengthening and coordinating skills. Teachers work with each student on their individual level. This class also focuses on flexibility, agility, and teamwork.
Ballet - 1 hour class. This class is the foundation for training and focus on developing a solid ballet technique with emphasis on understanding correct body placement, proper use of turn out, coordination of the upper body and use of arms. Class begins with work at the barre to build strength and coordination, followed by center floor exercises. Clear explanations of exercises and theory help students use the ballet vocabulary in a simple, practical way that leads to increased technical understanding, healthy physical development, and lifelong enjoyment.

Jazz - 1 hour class. This class focuses on the classic techniques of jazz. Fast-paced and energetic, curriculum includes stretching, jumps, rhythm, and various styles of choreography. All music selections and dance moves are age appropriate.
Contortion - 1 hour class for 3rd Grade & Up. Students must take their regular acro class to participate in this class. Contortion class will push the limits and allow for a more in depth understanding of how to execute advanced poses in proper alignment. This classes uses contortion techniques, stretches, and poses as well as dance, gymnastics and acrobatic movements. Contortion class will focus on extending students flexibility and stamina to hold through poses and multiple movements with fluidity. While pushing your flexibility further, we will be aiming for oversplits, toes to your head and beyond, more full back curvature, and forward folds.
Theatrical Jazz - 1 hour class for 3rd Grade & Up. This class combines elements of jazz and acting. With this style of dance, dancers work through jazz technique while portraying a character. Using songs from Broadway and movies, Theatrical Jazz focuses on the inner actor/actress.
Contemporary - 1 hour class for 3rd Grade & Up. Contemporary dance is a fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques that uses dramatic motion to interpret music and express emotion.
